I can't tell you how much of a dream come true this all was. I've loved anything and everything medieval ever since I was 7-years old ... and to actually have a wedding like this ... just ethereal.

Couldn't believe it. Everything in the wedding was going just perfectly until I walked out into the front yard to find a basket of spilled chips. Someone even had the nerve to tell me it was done on purpose.

And the battles begin! This is what some call "Am-Guards," padded swords that you basically smack each other with until your arms give out. No actually, there are judges who watch and judge, so it's quite an organized event of skill and valor ... well, minus the valor.
"Enough of the slop! Now this is our kind of wedding!"

Time for Robin and Marian to depart. Such emotion ... mixed tears of joy and sorrow.
Goodbye, our dear loved ones. As we drive away, slowly, one life ends, and a new one begins. Jordan Niednagel ... that little smiling blonde-haired boy from the west coast of yesteryear .... and Melissa Thomas ... that exuberant little black-haired girl from the east coast of days gone past ... have now joined hands to live for and love each other 'til death do they part. Thank you, Lord, that you will be with us each step of the way as we trust You and love each other through your perfect love.
And thank you, yet again, for allowing me to share another amazing chapter of my life. The Lord bless you and keep you and cause His face to shine upon you.
