I almost flipped when I saw the picture of your time share in Powhatan! Why it looks exactly like the one my family stayed at during the Jamestown 400 treasure hunt. Boy does that bring back memories :-). I remember rolling out of that same pull-out bed, 4:30 in the morning...:-) Looks like you all had fun!

What a great load of pictures! My family and I were blessed to be part of the Jamestown 400 (the hunt and everything...Wow! What a blast!) and seeing your pictures of the Thomas family there again in costume is bringing back all my "so excited I can hardly stand it" feelings! We actually found your blog through their blog just after returning home from that trip and have been enjoying them both since. :D Some of my family and I actually met you at the 2007 SAICFF... I told you I was praying for you and Melanie through your courtship, and I have been so blessed and excited to see God working in your marriage and now in your growing family. Praise God and may he continue to bless you all!

wow, that was impressive - great entry with 745,957 pictures! ... monopoly is the greatest board game of all-time. always go for the oranges - those properties are killers! ... yes, the intricate orderliness of j types is something at which p types are astounded. intp beloved says things like, "favorite girl, you do not HAVE to re-organize the trading cards by correct sport at the hobby shop - that is supposed to be THEIR job!" yet i do it anyway. :) i have also taken to rearranging his own cd and video game collections alphabetically so my left brain is pacified! ... LOVE this picture: http://www.niednagel.com/blog2009/oct2709108.jpg i'd make that my desktop if it were big enough!

OH-MY-WORD-!!! . . . . I think I laughed out loud and or chuckled at least 2 dozen times reading this post!! So much to comment on too!!! . . . . Let's start with photo 5 on page 1: Is it me, or does it look like the book Micaiah is reading is titled "God's Gift to Women" ! Lol! . . . . Then there's Marscel sporting the Moria wig - well, I guess I shouldn't be too mean here . . . . (feel free to edit that comment out if you think) . . . . "Oh look darling, a Stick!" . . . . Oh the vanity! The snobbery!! The VANITY!!! . . . . "Baby blue eyes" . . . . "huck a loogie". . . . Let me also say that your costume is simply smashing!! Nice work Melis . . . . I want one of those jackets (hopefully Amanda is reading this) . . . . Oh and I loved the dry martini crack! . . . . you, Mr. Niednagel are seething with sarcasm and just too funny . . . . JFly

I have to say your blog is quite amusing. The captions are pretty creative. Did you go to a caption seminar to learn the art of writing captions? Very funny!

Love the clothing! So glad to see that we are not the only family who likes to dress up when we travel. Say with all this authentic clothing laying around let's make a movie! "grin" ----- So did anyone on the plane ask of Will was real??

I don't really have anything clever to say -- I just want to express how much I enjoyed seeing ALL the pictures from your Jamestown trip, your funny and informative captions, and the amazing & intricate costumes that Barbara had told me about -- kudo's to Melissa on the fine designing and sewing, as well as the whole Thomas fam! It was great!

Jordan, I just realized that I never commented on this post but quality wise and caption wise it just might be your best ever! Micaiah jumping in the well....a plethora of dispatches...."kicked out Jamestown for..."....Killer monopoly deals in the Jacuzzi... lol... Great times, time that I love being reminded about and your blog certainly is the number one place to be reminded about the good and the ... everything else. Ha, no, jk man. And Jordan, you have so got to get individual comments under each picture. Your comments would skyrocket... there's no doubt in my mind.
